•RTI takes up most of the time of Govt
staff and some staff don’t give proper reply also. Hence top 25 RTI
applications in each department can be automated and made available without RTI
application itself online like revenue, expenditure, status of projects
•Toll gates don’t clearly say how much funds was spent on project initially and follow on expenditure in which sections, toll rate fixed on what basis, toll rate when it will be reduced, in BOT procedure when it will be transferred to Govt
•Security in all major SEZ/Air Base/Airports/Army training centres/Nuclear Plants of the country with CISF & commando of state police in rotation to protect as First level of protection. Airforce has poor security at their air base and CISF must mandatorily provide cover for major entry points.
•Sand bags as protection at gates needed to protect and more such sand bags based protection needed. All these personnel need to be given bullet proof jackets. Currently airport security don’t have bullet proof jackets they should be given as precautionary. All airports currently don’t check baggage in cars or cars before entering airport premises it must be made mandatory to check before entering airport entrance itself. Allowing cars and taxis till departure entrance is not good.
•Use of Defence Security personnel should be avoided they can be used for SEZ protection temporarily or 2nd level but not 1st level of security. They are mostly retired personnel. Replace DSC with CISF or combine both to improve security.
•Using Drones with thermal imaging and night vision to do surveillance of border to prevent incursion both day and night
•Use of R&D, Sensors to detect intrusion into India by tunnels and satellite image processing at real time to detect
•Use Lie – Detectors to use to verify staff at major defence establishment, police during peace days to make out spies
•State police need latest equipment's. 1) Laser pointed guns 2) Telecom gadgets 3) Rapid response force in 5 parts of each state with bullet proof jacket 4) Drones with thermal cameras and night vision to monitor and surveillance of critical and disaster relief 5) New guns with laser pointed for all inspectors & lower cadre police also instead of stick & British era guns 6) Night vision googles & scope/binocular of highest quality for state police, Airforce pilots and defence forces 7) parachutes to drop off from high points into area of distress 8) Rapid firing gun 9) Central surveillance centre of traffic junctions, defence establishment, police stations, airports 10) helicopters capable of lighting boats and trucks and small buses 11) Electric shock weapon – Stun Gun & electric baton use when threat to police itself 12) Forensic Equipment – Capture finger prints from spot and send to main office to check, Laser scanning of crime scene to prevent tampering of evidence by police 13) Computer hackers 14) Video cameras on police car in all angles to give live feed to main office 15) Map all vehicle number plat to a phone number and police can call directly to person with number plate to verify 16) Complete analysis of social network data on real time and check activities In groups. 17) Bring down websites or links within 1 hour with direct access to major website companies or hack it to bring it down
