•Interior
roads of rural areas and villages and towns will be laid as cement roads with
led lights and solar and mini wind mill on lampposts. Road from highways to
villages will be cement roads. Laying cement roads with proper rain water
drainage and drainage in Chennai to prevent repeated road laying and wasting
govt and public tax money. We need to move towards Hong
Kong and Singapore and become world class city. Height of buildings of commercial
in Chennai and towns will be increased to allow rapid development. Building up

Improving
state highways to national highways standards.
•Subsidy for farmers for solar water pumps & crop insurance/drip irrigation/rolling fund for repeated maintenance of canals and path for water from rivers for each village separately to prevent dependency on state govt or central govt or any local officer.
•Chennai Maduravoyal elevated project will be restarted. Chennai metro will be extended to a) Alandur-Kelambakkam(Very important) for IT employees b) Airport to Vandalur via Tambaram and c) CMBT - Avadi. Mono Rail projects announced will be converted to metro. Land will be allocated for more railway projects to central govt wherever possible to reach railways to unreached areas. Cable car project for Ooty and kodaikanal to reduce pollution and faster travel. CMBT bus stand with 1st and 2nd level to park buses and to other parts of TN and other states to prevent crowding of buses instead of occupying farmers land for new bus stand at Vandalur. Multi level parking in crowded areas of Ritchie street, Broadway, T. Nagar. Free water at theatres compulsorily. Amma water and Unavagam will be continued under Govt division with added features. BRTS project in tamilnadu in feasible areas like Mt. Road, IT expressway, etc,. we pay toll but no Parking space in highways. To rest with facilities like restaurants, rooms to stay, prayer hall, police station, lorry/bus of 100 nos and multi level car parking space for 250nos.
•Flyovers near CMBT, Tidel park, Sholinganallur, Avadi depot for Chennai and other towns etc,. To reduce traffic and improve speed to go to office. GDP is affected by traffic. Diesel we are importing from abroad only flyovers will help save forex.
•None of the corporations announced by Govt have drainage, rain water, even roads are not there, no lights, no police station also. Most of the corporations announced are still the same.
•More new buses for connecting all villages to district headquarters either by mini bus or new buses for all districts which have old buses. Metro in Coimbatore, Trichy and Madurai will be considered in due course. A/C buses in all newly announced corporations to nearest district headquarters and within that corporation. No A/C bus in Chennai working properly. All buses will have disabled friendly seats/closed doors/announcement inside bus
•Tidel Parks at Trichy, Madurai, Thanjavur to benefit many engineering/diploma students to get jobs in IT/Embedded/Electronics/Machining/CNC jobs. Skill development of world class level syllabus in Entrepreneurship/Electronics/Embedded/Carpenter/Machining using computers/Mobile App development/Website for shops/Civil Construction/Export oriented business will be provided free of cost to currently studying school/college students during vacation compulsorily to improve job opportunities in India and abroad.
•History & Arts students will be employed in all religious/tourist places as guides to promote Tamil culture and improve tourism.
•Start-up culture famous around India and creates jobs but TN govt doesn’t know it seems please announce that two floor’s in new Tidel parks and unoccupied IT parks of Govt space will be allocated to start-ups at free of cost with servers, phones, equipment to promote youth to create jobs in TN and not search outside TN or outside India. Start ups will be selected by district collector, IT team of state govt, ministers review, CM, etc, to solve public and Govt issues and also for employment generation and income generation. Govt will not interfere in start up operations other than space.
•Unused Govt land in TN will be used to construct or leased to leading global firms to construct 50 plus floor buildings within or near city limit to generate employment for electronics/IT/embedded & financial city will be created similar to Hong Kong or Shanghai in Chennai
•All school and college labs will be open post college time for R&D, special Govt team to purchase technology developed by school and college students. Free software's for research will be jointly developed with agencies, colleges, faculty entirely govt funded. Dr. APJ research institute will be opened in 4 districts of TN to promote high end research at free of cost by school/college students, faculty and public to promote science growth. And also Stalin needs to explain why he was not available for APJ death anniversary some say he was there a day earlier but not allowed.
