New Financial Inclusion – Ask all schools/colleges to comply within 1 year including State Govt, Kendriya Vidyala (KV) central Govt schools, CBSE Schools, ICSE Board, State matriculation schools, UGC to all universities, colleges to setup ATM-cum-Money Deposit Machines, Coin Vending machines in packets of value of Rs.50,100 of Rs.1,2,5,10 in school compound near gate to be used by public and students since schools are available in every nook and corner of the country banks can pay rent but need to setup that is the moto, Bus terminus in all district headquarters by PSB for usage by students & rural population with coin vending, notes of denomination of Rs.10,20,50,100 within one year by joint funding of Central Govt & RBI of 200 crores each for real financial inclusion without any A/C to reduce power consumption, LED bulbs sale in post offices

Central Govt is implementing schemes only in states where its party is in power and ignoring other states which is not good for the country. For all schemes for opposition & regional parties the Govt must work extensively and repeatedly to take schemes to each corner of the country. It is difficult to work with other party state govt but it is the real challenge and some compromises and changes in schemes to suit the state govt will lead to real development. Party level differences must not affect even one citizen this PM and ministers must have in mind. Since bureaucracy is willing but Govt ministries must not slow or stop due to differences of party and push for development of all states and reach of schemes to all states
Setup ATM or micro –ATM with Coin vending, notes of less denomination & money deposit machines in all schools & bus terminus which are spread across the country. The state govt schools are present in each and every nook and corner and remote villages also so will help real financial inclusion. The central govt controlled PSB must work with state govt schools & KV & state govt bus terminus used by villagers and all workers for transportation. I have been taking up this work with TN govt but PSB have not gone all out since Central govt instructions will only work. The ATM in remote areas will only bring real financial inclusion. Govt can encourage private schools to also partner with PSB & private banks to setup ATMS in their space to use by school students & public in that region as the next generation should start using banking at very young age itself. In remote areas avoid using A/C and have fans to reduce cost and also use solar power to run lighting & fans inside to prevent heating of the computers.
Also have the Business correspondent of that bank placed at that ATM. The above scheme must not target state capitals/urban but for non–state capitals for more inclusion.
Coin vending machines lack of availability has led to inflation in many ways. No economist knows that lack of coins and lower denomination notes has lead to inflation. The notes of 500,1000 are used by less people only compared to entire population but 95% of the ATM give only notes of 100,500,1000 leading to lack of lower denomination and heavy inflation. The availability of Rs.10, 20,50 in ease and coins of Rs.1,2,5,10 in packets of value Rs.100,Rs.500 and individual coins also will lead to better financial inclusion.
Money deposit machines will go a long way in helping penetration of banking services and usage of aadhaar based MNREGA workers and subsidy. The cost to go and take the money from bank due to lack of travel facilities in some areas will lead to the entire money withdrawn enough to spend for travel itself. Hence availability of ATM & money deposit & coin vending machines will be of great benefit for financial inclusion. Some times banks have branches in district headquarters but villages are not suitable for operation nether by bank officials and are loss making. But having money deposit machines & ATM of lower denomination notes in less population and villages will go a long way. RBI, FinMin, Govt must fund 40% install cost as first time spending is too high and banks cant do immediately and they are very lazy especially in rural areas as low volume
RBI always just states in paper they want financial inclusion but doesn’t spend money. The RBI must give 200-300 crores for this. RBI earns so much in revenue but spending 200 crores per year by RBI and 250 crores by Finance Ministry needed for setup costs. Make a rule so schools/colleges must work with any bank and setup near gate for usage
Sale of LED bulbs at Rs.99 in all PDS shops, Ration shops for enabling power saving in big way. Currently the LED scheme is not aware for public as it is available online and some state Govt are not interested. If state govt not come forward use post offices to sell LED bulbs by setting up a web page in post office website to buy other than buying offline in all post offices in all states. Selling online only is like supporting the Snap deal alone and Govt agencies are not used to sell LED. The power saving will be significant. The LED sold should be made in India by using Bharat Electronics Limited in large scale for LED, street lights LED and portal to buy with proper ads. Ask RS Prasad to make LED available in all post offices within 2 months across India.
Similar to Cable TV penetration, broadband penetration at small clusters will lead to better connectivity. Allowing post offices & railway stations irrespective of whether trains stop or not to setup Towers with Wi-Fi and BSNL towers will help penetration. BSNL must have pure broadband without telephone line by Wi-FI antenna with GSM towers
Private schools must implement this scheme in non-state capitals. The private schools must partner with any bank of their choice.
The location of this ATM –cum-money deposit machine. Pass book entry machine. Mobile number registration option for mobile banking. Coin vending machine. These 3 if setup in all non –state regions in all schools will lead to financial inclusion. Business correspondent or local guy trained by banks to work for helping people in that region. SBI has been an expert in setting up ATM-cum money deposit machines, pass book entry in urban areas similar idea is implemented in all schools, colleges across the country the next generation that is current set of students will have access to banking from small age and real financial inclusion will happen. This idea will be tough at first but will brilliantly work out and will be master stroke for generations. Even the Govt schools can earn from rent paid by banks to develop the schools.
