Indian Railways Needs And Suggestions

1.  New Survey Lines
2.  Electrification Projects
3.  Bye Pass Lines
4.  New Trains
5.  Increasing Frequency
6.  Extension of Trains

I. New Survey Line:

1. Kodaikanal - Tamilnadu:  As you are aware of kodaikanal a hill station in tamilnadu is visited by numerous tourists throughout the year. However as of date the tourists depend upon road commutation to reach hill top from the neareast railway heads, kodaikanal road or dindigul. So a feasibility/preliminary study may be undertaken to have rail connectivity from either kodaikanal road or dindigul.
2. Doubling & Electrification - Jhansi - Kanpur: The existing single line between jhansi and kanpur has since saturated. It is high time that railways take up the doubling of this stretch including electrification.
3. Doubling & Electrification - Tiruchirapalli - Thanjavur :The twin towns of tiruchirappalli and thanjavur the railway lines be doubled with electification. Since lot of commuters travel for work and education purposes.

II. Electrification Projects:
The following routes may be electrified at the earliest:
1. Bangalore - Salem - Electrification:The stretch between bangalore and salem may be electrified at the earliest.
2.  The main line between villipuram and tiruchirapalli may be electrified via thanjavur.
3. The long pending thirumalpur - Arakonnam electrification project may be completed at the earliest.
III. Bye-Pass Line
1. TamilNadu - Between Paranar and palur bye-passing chengalpattu: To provide an alternative route from chennai to kerala, bangalore, mumbai and coimbatore site trains bye-pass near chengalpattu will be laid. Between paranur and palur. This will enable running of circular trains as and when near thirumalpur, arakonnam electrification project is completed.
2. Andhra Pradesh: The erstwhile bye-pass line at gudur which was removed may be restored to enable the railways to run circular trains from chennai to thirupathi via sri kalahasthi and renigunta.
3. Ponmalai - Srirangam - TamilNadu-  The ongoing bye-pass work at ponmalai work at golden work be speeded up to run trains from Thanjavur and Chennai via srirangam.
4. Srirangam - Trichy Fort  - A feasibility study to lay a bye-pass line between srirangam and trichy fort involving construction of bridge across the river cauvery may be carried out.
5. Dharmapuri District - Tamilnadu - No Train Connectivity: The new line project/ bye-pass project between marapur and dharmapuri may be speeded upto run a direct train from chennai to dharmapuri. The only district in tamilnadu which is not connected by any train service other than krishnagiri.
IV. New Trains
1. Nav Bharath Express- A set/series(atleast 12 pairs) of super fast trains on the lines of Shatabdhi, Jan Shatabdhi, Garibh Rath, Sampark Kranthi, Premium trains(A/C), double decker, rajya rani etc,. may be introduced between important cities/state capitals, etc,. as inter city day expresses or overnight expresses or long distance trains.

3. The weekly express train between chennai - neyveli may be introduced as weekend express.
4. Chennai - Chidambaram and named as thillai express.
5. Chennai - Thiruvannamalai as annamalaiyar express.

  • Premium Express trains should be available for booking by all modes i.e. Reservation counter also and the booking period should be increased to 30 days from 10 days. Currently it is restricted to online only and many are cancelled for non occupancy.
  • New Set of trains named Nav Bharath trains can be launched connecting various regions of the country on the lines of Rajdhani, Shatabdi and other trains.
  • An alternative bye-pass line is the need from connecting from Chengalpattu to Paranur & Palur railway station. The bye-pass line will help trains from Chennai to Bangalore, Mumbai and Kerala side trains.
  • Travellator or Moving walkway similar along with extra space on the sides similar to the ones used in Indira Gandhi airport should be constructed to connect Park Town MRTS station in Chennai to Chennai Central railway station. Public find it difficult to catch trains as they have to walk across a bridge which is risky due to heavy vehicle movement.
  • Chennai MRTS work between Velachery and St. Thomas mount is pending for more than 8 years needs to cleared from all judicial problems or connected to a new route to Alandur.
  • Several gauge systems used in urban transportation affects repeated use of same rolling stock. Please recommend and increase funding to TN govt to construct Metro lines instead of Mono Rails. To effectively link all metro lines in future and to use same coaches and material repeatedly. The centre has also released funds for 1st phase of mono but work is yet to start.

Passenger Aircraft Production in India

1. Make in India will get a major boost if passenger aircrafts are manufactured in India.

2. Government must notify guidelines and requirements for private industries in India interested in manufacturing to start production after necessary clearance. The manufacturing should have 70% equity from India and remaining from abroad if utmost required to project that India can work on such a complex project without outside support. Government must supply or fund a certain portion so that it can reap the benefit of the success of the output and hold license and Air India can be supplied aircraft at low cost from that.

3. HAL has started working on it but facing too many hurdles due to cost and non strong support from govt and skilled persons. The Kaveri engine is a mighty effort but not in full steam. Maybe ISRO can help them with the engines.

4. HAL has avoided private partnership it is good since there are chanced data will be leaked. Private companies like L&T, Mahindra, Tata have expertise in design, IT and other factors which will cause a great increase in manufacturing in India. Govt must allow public and private to work independently but speed up the process considering the skill and needs of the country.

5. Boeing and Airbus are dominating the world aircraft market for such a long time and Indian companies are severely stressed by the cost & wait time & demand for these company aircrafts. Indian companies must be created a favourable environment to compete with them in long term. If work is cleared now by at least 2020 work will start since very huge manpower, R&D, space is required and by 2025 we can have our own aircraft with Made by India tag. And in future will gain with experience and testing the necessary modifications in design required to suit all needs. By 2030 we can be proud of a successful aircraft with all modern features.

6. The aircraft engines are dominated by only two companies in the whole world Rolls Royce and another, a engine developed indigenously will greatly bring in lot of respect & will power to the youth of the nation that we can achieve mighty tasks. ISRO, IISc, HAL and air force should separately work on engines. At the same time private companies should collaborate among themselves and also students and IT professionals and experienced persons from abroad primarily NRI’s instead of waiting for private equity from outside India. NRI’s who have done M.S. and working abroad can be pulled only private industries since they can provide the salary necessary but not govt. Govt must just clear the background check and other clearance before they work on this project which is of national importance. An aircraft engine developed can earn several crores of revenue from outside market.

7. While manufacturing none of the intellectual rights should be violated since most of the aircraft principles have been patented several years back by the major manufacturers.

8. The manufacturing of Aircraft requires several IT professionals to virtually design various parts which will be a big boost of IT in india. The many IT companies already work for several companies hence they can be used for this project. Hence the manufacturers should integrate with the IT companies to complete the project.

9. If the project can be started several versions like smaller version of executive aircrafts must also be started in India.

10. Government must form a committe with private and public and frame rules for the production.

e-Governance projects for India

1. Public Distribution Systems (PDS) and other free ration methods of different states must be brought under a single system to monitor expenditure on food by state and central govt. Aadhaar and ration cards and pan card must be linked to this new system. If the person has more than enough income by checking his pan card then his ration card need not be seized but he will not be eligible for any of the free rice or goods or any of the subsidies like free TV or free laptops, etc. This will lead to cut in subsidies and only poor will be benefitted. The central govt must instruct states to use this system for subsidy distribution and say if any violation then the funds or any help from central will be reduced accordingly. Food corporation of India can also judge the demands accordingly for food.

2. New e-Governance project to monitor job employment throughout the country must be developed. All those who are already employed must be registered by the companies themselves and those who are resigned or fired the company must take action to make an entry in the system. This will lead to more better job forecasting and the issues in different fields can be identified. The job employment is the major factor used by federal reserve to target interest rates but RBI depends only on inflation data since employment data is not properly available from each state government. Those in college and after 10th and 12th their mark sheet and score needs to be updated automatically to this system by using the aadhaar card of the student to better track the job prospects. If any student is going out of India his entry must be made on this system since he is going to do his M.S. and India needs to improve on which field he is going to do M.S in India by creating new universities and courses and improving R&D in govt colleges and institutions.

3. Linking of passport, Pan card, Ration card, School id, college id, employee id, School and college mark sheets to Aadhaar will give more conclusive idea and analytics can be used to judge various needs of the public like the salary of entire family and the subsidies to the family given unwantedly if above middle class due to wrong policies. Aadhaar will help avoid all wrong policies and misdirected subsidies.

4. All crime records of all criminals must be centralised by using finger print and aadhaar and shared to all state govt to track criminals who currently escape from one state and move to another to work.

5. New e-Governance project to bring each district in all states in India under a new website to raise grievances, suggestions, enquiries with government. A new centralised grievance toll free number to get help on any issues and get all work fast tracked. Currently there are too many websites for each state and department of central govt and too little awareness among public . If they are centralised then centre and state can work together and also public can participate in good governance and prevent repeated issues like roads, water, sanitation, etc.

Improved Banking in India in Rural Areas

Please find below my suggestions for growth of banking in rural areas and more transactions and financial inclusion.

1. More ATM's , Money deposit machines and coin vending machines in following regions in rural areas.

a) ATM in all Govt. schools. Since public sector banks and private sector banks can give clearance for space for ATM by public - public partnership. The 100sqft is more than enough for ATM. If money vending, pass book entry and coin vending machines are to be setup 300Sqft is needed.

b) Govt. schools will defintely earn revenue for the same since the space is rented out to banks.

c) Govt. schools are there even in remote areas and hence will help the local population definitely.

d) ATM and money deposit machines should also be placed in govt bus depots and bus stands were lot of people travel from and to. Currently rural areas and district headquarters also dont have atm in bus stands and depots.

Only govt on interactions with all states and psb and private banks will it benefit people. Since the pension plans, bank accounts have been opening, the govt must concentrate on improving the transactions.

2. The ATM machines are currently dispensing cash, but it needs to be designed in such a way that they can both dispense as well as take in cash and will save space. Bharath electronics limited should work on developing atm machines will help of DRDO, IISC and IIT's to reduce cost on importing with manufacturing of more ATM in india for rural areas applications.

3. The ATM's should dispense even coins and low value notes like Rs. 50, Rs. 20. Coins vending of Rs. 5 and Rs. 10 will help a lot in rural areas and urban areas. RBI must be requested by govt to print Rs. 20 and Rs. 50 coins.

4. Coin vending machines are necessary for more low value transactions in rural areas. RBI is the concerned authority who needs to setup the coin vending machines. Currently RBI has coin vending machines only in its own branches across the country which doesnt help. Only if the same is done across district headquarters only the country will public have easy access to coins. RBI keeps increasing and decreasing interest rates but money circulation of denominations is not helped.

5. Key idea of phone banking by all existing vendors:

There is no need for small banks and new banks.

1. Every bank account needs to be attached to a mobile number.
2. Evey user need not request any special permission to use phone banking to send money to any person in the country.
3. The person should call a general toll free number for all bank accounts across india. This expenditure has to be taken up by RBI, since NEFT is internally managed by RBI only. Similarly this toll free number any user can call this number and then enter the number of the person to whom money needs to be transferred. a phone pin if needed can be given for transactions above Rs. 2000 otherwise phone pin not necessary.
4. The other option is TRAI must allow money transactions by calling any mobile number or landline number and then entering any extra characters like #1 for money transfer or #2 to attach account to mobile number like that.
5. So the user will call the mobile number and enter #1 within 2 seconds of call start this will lead to money transfer to the user directly.
6. If a user has more than one account number then the user can select to which account he wants the money to be deposited within one hour of transfer or it will go to the primary account of the user.
7. The user can also transfer money within his own accounts by calling his own number and entering #3 or any other option.
8. SMS banking must also be popularised by just sms to that person with the amount and sms pin. SMS pin not needed for transactions below Rs. 2000. Currently the transfers within banks and with other banks are not popular nowadays.
9. Many banks have individual policy but private and all psb must be brought under same scheme. New banks are supposed to be given license with mobile operators participating but a generalised policy will help people.

Cleaning Ganga

Cleaning #Ganga is a major task taken up by the new government. According to me it is such a easy task done in wrong ways to satisfy the Hindu people in the region and no strict rules to prevent pollution in the area.

1. Fencing of certain sections of ganga were people pollute a lot.

2. Ban of plastics in Kasi, haridwar, varnasi cities to prevent usage of plastics to carry flowers, lamps, etc,. This will go a long way. Police and administration must make the plastic ban so strict that even shops away from ganga river must also not use the plastics so that it does not go and join through drains or public usage  is reduced significantly.

3. The oil in lamps cause lot of pollution, ban on usage of oil lamps to float in ganga should also be considered. Instead of aarthi from outside by using camphor by pooja person at evenings is more than enough.

4. Public can be allowed to take bath to cleanse themselves of all sins but no shampoo or soap will be allowed.

5. Drainage of cities near must be banned from flowing to the river without processing the water. It can be done by connecting all the sewers in the city to a central location and processing using advanced technologies by multiple vendors to make the water as much pure as possible. The plastic and other non degradable debris can be cleared by using incenerators and clearing them. Drainage sensors must be used to check which areas generate too much waste and fine those buildings for severe usage.

6. Fencing in between the bridges to collect debris collected in the fence to clear the debris and not allow debris to flow through the river continously. Fencing in between rivers is present in certain regions were people come in large numbers so that the fences must be designed in such a way that any cloth, plastic or lamps or people if they get stuck there they must be easily lifted above and the debris can be cleared.

7. Burning of dead bodies in ghats must be banned and incenerators must be used. The ash can be put in river but not pushing half burned bodies into the river which severely affects the public and the quality of the river. The hindu people believe if their ash is put in river it is a belief they attain moksha but the people who work in ghats and burn bodies push half burnt bodies into the rivers which causes the problem. The ban of burning bodies in ghats should be done or usage of incenerators in ghats should be implemented. The open burning of bodies in ghats causes pollution.

8. The roads along the ghats are not large and no directions are there for temples or boards for directions. Most of the brokers cheat people and fear is created in people that they can reach the destination if they dont give the money to them. Proper boards for each temple, directions to kasi vishwanath from most locations, police at every 400 metres to direct people. Currently police are there only at the temple and major areas but not along the ganga to direct tourists and visitors from other states in different languages. In thirumala there are booths to help people by speaking in diff languages and guiding people. Similar police cum help booths should be created on several cities which line across the ganga.

9. No free food is given to people who visit temples, the region needs more food centres of different regions to help tourists. Even thirumala gives free food, but shiva key place of stay doesnt have free food centres or at cheap rates. More of people discriminate and food not available at all times affect all people.

I am Hindu and believe in God. But there is a limit to polluting the river in the name of moksha!! The 7th point can be cleared only if BJP in power takes the decision to clean Ma Ganga!!! All the Best!

Super Computer For Corruption Reduction & Security of nation

The government must allocate or combine any of the super computers already built by ISRO and IISC into a single computer to track corruption and all other frauds. The system must be owned by govt of india, Army, airforce, defence, rbi, income tax departments and security agencies like RAW. The super computer will basically intergrate the functions of several already existing agencies.

1. All currency notes in the system must be tracked with the number on it and the banks when collect it or atm must keep a note of the number. When there is an unusual activity the number and the person who used can be used to find the source of black money.
Example: Suddenly a bulk of serial notes which were not in circulation for a while can be easily found the source when a person either deposits in banks or brings it again under banking system.

2. RBI must give a note of the NEFT transactions to this super computer system. The account number from which the money was transferred must be noted and supplied to the super computer. When unusal activity happens or too much money goes to one single account then the agency should have the right to questions. The neft will have the branch and the a/c and pan number of the transactions which will have in tracking major crimes.

3. When any money transaction takes place the entire flow can be found. For example: A person is to buy a land or property of high value. The person will definitely do a part of it in black transactions. So the person will transfer some of the amount in the bond paper through banking system. The remaining amount he would have given by cash. So the notes which directly enter the system from one region to another region of banking or circulation a easier data on black money is found since half of it took place through banking and half through direct cash handling. The direct cash handling will appear in super computer chain and hence the source of person can be easily noted after checking bank feed of branches or atms.

4. The video and audio of all phone lines must be passed through the super computer to analyze the photo or image of person and find threats or analyze threats based on the database of all criminals. When they appear on any location the system can process videos and images and show threats and enable police to capture criminals. There are several softwares to quickly analyze video feeds and match with existing database of videos and images.

5. The feed of twitter, facebook and whatsapp, skype, yahoo mail , gmail, sms and all possible methods of online communications. must be acquired by government of india. The US govt has access to all these feeds. These feeds are connected to the super computer of NIA and CIA which will analyze based on algorithm and let us know what are the possible threats. The threats will help govt to know any major threats in a region or any caste based fights or who has aggrevated the situation or who is sending out remours and help control passage of that information by asking telecom agencies to block that sms or video or remove from youtube immediately. Analytics softwares will help know where or who caused or how fast the wrong information or threat is spreading. The hash tags used or secret messages or chat can be used to find the major issues that are supposed to happen or any gathering of politicians or bad people are going to take and all info. This cant be done by normal computer since excessive information is churned out. All encrypted info and emails needs to decrypted to know more information.

There are various possibilities but these are the most needed features.

It has been a habit in India to not get bills for groceries, medicines at pharmacy, paper bills which are given for namesake since bill books with same serial numbers are already available so the shop owner is anyway not going to pay the bills. Real estate companies are the biggest generators of black money. Politicians receive black money up to infinity. Movie business is the one where black money easily enters and leaves. All schools and colleges collect fees from all students as donations.

Nowadays even those shops which have computerized billing do fake by having two system wherein actual purchase is maintained and in other a reduced value for income tax department. Two books are maintained in all shops one for actual sales and other for reduced sales count for income tax department even if you come on raid you cannot find.

I give below the nearest perfect solution. Take it and make it! 150% guaranteed.

Solution:
Income tax department must come up with a software/web service so that it can be used by all shop owners and made compulsory for those who do any kind of business. All transactions like bill generations, payment of employee salary, payment to dealers, dealers must be done through this software. The shops should invest in only a pc with printer. The details of the purchase should be sent to income tax server once every hour after consolidation of details, like what item was bought by each sale and the total amount. Even the details of products can be sent to income tax server. It is not necessary only a computer has to be used, even a small embedded system can also be done by bharat electronics limited with features to bill small value goods and send out data to income tax server by calling the web service. The device made with embedded technology can have a slot for 3g or internet port to transmit data regularly. A mere web service can also be developed wherein the details are purchased are sent out by simple device which has 3G or a SIM card slot.

The income tax department instead of raiding each business office can buy few products from the shop and check if the same is updated in the server for the hour, even there is a delay the cost will be updated by end of day. Real time maintenance of the logs must be checked. The data can be sent by a xml with details of products purchased, the debit card used for purchase, the transaction id from bank and other details. This will lead to better revenue for central and state government. Most of the state govt, are not much eager to spend on e-governance since the cost involved is huge. But central govt. takes the initiative most of the issues will be resolved.

The above idea is a basic version you make it complicated by using super computer to monitor real time using aadhaar based details, the pan card, passport, the bank accounts, the real time usage of money. All gold buying should be authorised by providing pan card remove all limits. All gold buying should be linked to pan card and the billing software send out details to income tax server to know how much gold is being purchased by local people. The gold smuggling details will also be easily recovered.

For installing this software and the pc govt, can give tax relief upto 10,000 for all those who implement. The offer will be for first year only. All gold and jewellers must implement this compulsory without any of the above suggestions. SME must be given more time to implement the same.

All payments done in film industry by the producers to directors, actors, industry people must be sent through this billing software only. Hence better awareness on tax collection can be done. If a person buys a car also or imported the entry will be there in the income tax server and hence no body will escape the system. Initially the software may be sluggish due to heavy load hence make it a super computer with IIT, IISc, TCS, ISRO and RBI.

Even if the person who makes the purchase is not given the bill, the earning can be found since he needs to pay to his dealers and wholesale dealers through this software.

The software design can be configured by intense discussion with software companies, RBI, public, private sector banks, SME division, small business, big business, Income tax department. RBI must actively take part in activities where black money is being generated instead of just sitting on the fence saying i will change monetary policy when the inflation reduces. RBI was the sole reason behind black money since they didn't actively engage with Income tax department. This issue of black money could have been solved long back.

Aadhaar database will be linked to bank accounts, bank statements must include aadhaar number in that so that we confirm that all are aadhaar compliant. Passport issue must be linked to aadhaar. KYC is a major issue, RBI has been saying a separate organisation should take care of KYC, aadhaar has already done that. If any address changes public should upload their photo, id proof - college id, student id, passport, pan card, Electricity bill, bank statment, ration card, etc,. All these must be linked with immediate effect.

Anyone coming to bank to do transaction must provide PAN card if amount above Rs. 5000 since i see many people sending money from multiple banks to a single person to get some task achieved to avoid giving pan cards. And all pan card details provided in challan must be verified by the bank clerk by hitting income tax server and getting the photo details. The photo of the person and the person who gives the money must be checked. Banks must be proactive to prevent black money.

Cash transaction are happening in large quantities, tax department has the right to question anyone when money has been withdrawn from a bank account or salary account and not spent i.e. in case the money is spent it will be available in the billing system. So ever 3 months when the system subtracts the money earned minus spent will give the details of major transactions which slipped the system. Income tax department can post or email the person the details of why 1 Lakh or whatever is not coming in the system where was it spent. And improve the sytem to cover places where the system is not covering.

PAN  card must be compulsory for all bank accounts. Private banks are the one who are holding heavy cash from illegal sources. They are worried more on targets than proper way to get money. All pan cards must be verified automatically by it department. All neft and rtgs transactions take place through RBI server hence RBI must be proactively work with income tax to provide IT department real time feed of all transactions done by a particular user.

There has been a lag in collection of VAT in state govt, since most of the govts are not automated or e-governance was not properly implemented or supported by central govt. More IT professionals must be recruited to implement e-governance at break neck speed.

b) HRA is the biggest scam of non payment of Taxes - Government must remove the pan card limit for HRA claims. All houseowners and HRA claims should have pan card compulsorily. The pan card also must be verified with tax department duly.

c) RBI should remove the 50,000 limit to enter pan card while making transactions. Many customers easily avoid this by doing multiple transactions from various banks on the same day for less than 50,000 say 45,000 during the day from various banks but transferred to same person. This is a gaping hole for corrupt practices.
d) Banks must verify the pan card number provided by customer by hitting the income tax server and confirming at least basic details. In future may be photo and other details can be verified.
e) All shops must give Bills irrespective of the value of the transaction. It need not be a big computer atleast a small embedded system based small device with sim card inserted to transmit the data through 3g and calling the income tax web service. Similar to auto meters govt,. can make them available at very low cost.
f) Government must immediately consider linking the aadhaar with pan card, passport, ration card, eb, internet connection, mobile number, email id, etc,. so that the users are monitored and in case of any any announcements/facilities/
complaints/threats all details are pulled instantly. Most of the aadhaar card holders merely are holding the card but have not updated relevant data to the system to make it similar to the US social security number. Mobile networks must be ask their users to provide their aadhaar card number by sms. Banks must provide a sms/internet banking option where the aadhaar card number can be entered. No need to visit bank itself. Banks can verify customer with system itself. Passport holders in future must have their aadhaar card number printed on it. PAN card must also have aadhaar card attached to it. The educational details of all indians must be allowed to be updated in aadhaar website. And also all companies who have indians working must update the list of the aadhaar card numbers and pan card numbers who are employed leading to a scenario where the number of people who are unemployed is available in real time and RBI can target the interest rates not only based on Consumer price index but also on employment similar to US federal reserve. Reserve Bank must move from Price rise based monetary policy to employment based interest rate hike or reduce. Or consider a percentage of the monetary policy to be based on employment also along with price rise. We cannot depend on state governments for employment since they dont have proper system and keeps breaking down due to poor infrastructure. Since lot of money has been spent on aadhaar it must be continously used for various purposes. Actually aadhaar must be a super computer instaed of a mere card and i hate reading super computers being used to find largest prime number. ISRO, TCS, IISc are believed to be having super computers in India.

Battery Operated Electric Vehicles

India and China are reasons for global warming in the last 10 years. We have not been provided nuclear fuel and hence excessive dependency on coal. Coal is abundant in India, Indonesia and Australia our major sources for power.

Electric vehicles in the form of bikes, autos, cars and buses will help save the country from pollution, reduce noise, average speed to avoid accidents. Governments around the world are already a step further in improving facilities for electric vehicles. Mahindra and other companies attempted but failed due to lack of support in the form of special subsidies or benefits to customers. Power consumption bill was also a major concern. Delhi has electic autos and have become a hit. Even though drivers bought them during Commonwealth games only now has things been cleared after new govt came in place.

Norway, netherlands, US and china have achieved much in this field. They have gone to extend of analyzing load of charging once people reach office and when they reach home they put the vehicle on charging mode.

Tesla and Nissan are globally the biggest companies in electric vehicle manufacturing. Govt must ask them to setup shop here and understand our needs and then atleast by 5 -7 years some progress can be made.

1. No VAT for electric vehicles, no road tax.No toll fees.
2. More electric autos if on road will help greatly reduce pollution and price of travelling. More subsidies for auto drivers to purchase.
3. Charging point with multi level parking at petrol bunks. Since petrol bunks are the one who are source of pollution. They must be given the primarily responsibility for charging.
4. Charging points in all offices and parking lots. Many countries provide free parking for electrical vehicles at shopping plazas.
5. Electric buses will be the key. IIT delhi and IIT chennai have designed electric buses they must be used by local buses transportation. And data collection and issues will help resolve issues and slowly govt can be a biggest manufacturer of electric vehicles.
6. The subsidy must be highest for Buses and reduced little by little to cars, autos and two wheelers.
7. Speed has been a concern raised by two wheeler users, if we can go 75 kms with 60kmph at average speed it must be best vehicle.

Hope govt takes some effort.
