Free internet up to 2GB/day for Economically weaker section and BPL families in all castes. Free mobile also for BPL families and EWS. The economic theory of internet and GDP growth has to be implemented.


Similar to RTI a law for benchmarks has to be prepared for all major services provided across the country. It should not be based on double engine or ruling party. Benchmarks across country have to be same. For example: what all facilities should be available in a primary health centre(power backup and equipment’s for ops) or panchayath office (e-governance), facilities in govt hospotal

Free nursery plants for urban areas by forest department for more greenery in cities and avoid urban flooding

Mandatory training and setting up of new MSME by MSME institute every month. Free online courses every week for general public through video conferencing tools. Atleast 5,000 trained per month.


Unemployment and employment exchange and skill development and entrepreneurial training needs to be linked to PAN similar to SIN in developed countries. Unemployment allowance and skill development should be linked to give apt training.

RBI should mandate priority sector startup’s in loans books of banks. So more startup’s will emerge in agriculture. 2% of loan books for startup’s from priority sector.

Tax allowance for own higher education for working people. Currently it’s only for their children. Many Indians can take up UGC recognised correspondence courses.


Creation of startup bank in line of erstwhile Mahila bank.


Basic benchmarks for smart cities like e-medicine/satellite medicine/video conferencing,  cycle track, smart payment in transport through travel card, smart classrooms
